SAP HCM Developer (m/w/d) - ABAP | Remote (Germany)

Full-time | Unlimited | up to 90,000 € annual salary

A well-established consulting firm with around 500 employees is looking for an experienced SAP HCM Developer (m/w/d). The focus lies on the development in the HCM field with strong reference to payroll processing.

Tasks

• Development and further development of SAP HCM solutions with ABAP / ABAP OO
• Main focus on Payroll and types of remuneration with practical expertise
• Implementation of customer-specific requirements in the PA, PY, and PT modules
• Analysis, conception, and implementation of technical solutions
• Development and maintenance of interfaces (e.g. OData, REST, IDoc)
• Participation in introduction, migration, and optimization projects
• Collaboration with department and HR in projects
• Support during tests, documentation, and go-live

No travel required.

Qualification

• At least 5 years of professional experience as an SAP HCM Developer
• Very good knowledge in ABAP / ABAP OO in the HCM field
• Fundamental understanding of Payroll and types of remuneration
• Experience in PA, PY, and PT (e.g. Infotypes, BAdIs, Cluster, HRForms, PNP/PNPCE)
• Knowledge in interface development and ideally SAP BTP / CPI
• Experience with SAP UI5, Fiori or Webdynpro is advantageous
• Ideal experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Structured, quality-oriented, and team-friendly working style
• German at least B2 level
