SAP HCM Consultant (m/w/d)

A leading German IT service provider is looking for experienced reinforcement in the field of SAP HCM Consulting!

Tasks

• Factual consulting in SAP HCM with a focus on personnel processes
• Analysis, optimization, and implementation of customer-specific HR processes
• Preparation of expert concepts, conducting workshops, and close coordination with stakeholders
• Support for customizing tasks in SAP HCM

Qualification

• Multiple years of professional experience as an SAP HCM consultant in one or more modules (e.g. PA, PY, PT, OM, ESS/MSS)
• Fundamental understanding of HR processes and their representation in the SAP system
• Experience with customizing within SAP HCM
• Desirable: knowledge of the cloud environment (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP)
