SAP HCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join our team and contribute to HR transformation projects. You will work on the design, configuration, and optimization of HR processes within SAP HCM, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with business and legal requirements.

Responsibilities
Analyze HR business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions;
Configure and support SAP HCM modules (e.g., PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll – depending on expertise);
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to deliver enhancements and new functionalities;
Ensure integration with other SAP modules (FI/CO, SuccessFactors, etc.);
Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience with SAP HCM (implementation or support);
Strong expertise in one or more submodules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll);
Good understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements;
Experience with HCM integration to other SAP modules or SuccessFactors;
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or S/4HANA HCM;
Understanding of German payroll processes, tax rules, and HR compliance;
Strong communication and consulting skills when working with HR teams and stakeholders;
Knowledge of German language would be an advantage.
