Job description
Requirements: Experience as SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Consultant on implementation and support projects Experience working with SAP S/4HANA Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills Experience with HR processes design, including payroll experience Experience in eliciting, analyzing, and validating business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating and documenting requirements’ gathering / discovery workshops Experience in providing an expert overview & deep-dive product description of the system’s capabilities and limitations to end-users. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
