Are you a specialist in SAP HCM? Our client, an internationally active consulting firm, is urgently looking for consultants for permanent positions.

Responsibilities

• Analysis, conception, and implementation of requirements in the SAP HCM environment
• Support with customizing, specification, testing, error analysis, and go-live support
• Close collaboration with clients, business departments, developers, and the project team
• Technical responsibility in SAP projects – conception and active implementation

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of practical experience with SAP HCM as a consultant or developer and at least one completed project
• Know-how: Very good knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll (PY), Organizational Management (OM) and/or Time Management (PT)
• Communication: Fluent (B2+) German language skills, both written and spoken
• Education: Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field of study, combined with several years of professional experience as an SAP consultant
