If you are a specialist in SAP HCM, our client, an international consulting firm, is urgently seeking consultants for full-time employment.

Tasks

• Analyse, conceptualize, and implement requirements in the SAP-HCM environment
• Support in customizing, specifying, testing, error analysis, and go-live guidance
• Closely collaborate with customers, departments, developers, and project teams
• Takes on professional responsibility in SAP projects – conceptualization and active implementation

Qualification

• Experience: At least 1-2 years of practical experience as a consultant or developer with SAP HCM, including at least one completed project
• Know-how: Very good knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Personnel Administration (PA), Payroll Accounting (PY), Organization Management (OM) and/or Time Management (PT)
• Communication: Verbal and written German language skills at a B2+ level
• Degree: Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable field, combined with several years of professional experience as an SAP consultant
