A leading German IT service provider is seeking experienced reinforcement in the field of SAP HCM consulting!

Tasks

• Professional consulting in SAP HCM with a focus on personnel processes
• Analyze, optimize and implement customer-specific HR processes
• Creation of expert concepts, conducting workshops and close coordination with stakeholders
• Support for customizing tasks in SAP HCM

Requirements

• Multiple years of professional experience as an SAP HCM consultant in one or more modules (e.g. PA, PY, PT, OM, ESS/MSS)
• Fundamental understanding of HR processes and their representation in the SAP system
• Experience with customizing within SAP HCM
• Desirable: Knowledge of the cloud environment (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP)
