SAP HCM Consultant (Senior, m/w/d)

Workplace: Remote within Germany

Type of employment: Full-time, unlimited

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM expert who supports the maintenance and further development of SAP personnel management systems and actively accompanies projects.

Tasks

• Responsibility for customer SAP HCM landscapes including customizing and process optimization.
• Taking on requirements from departments and consulting on feasibility.
• Participation in national and international projects, optional taking over (part-)project leaderships.
• Supporting key users and users through expert knowledge.
• Maintenance of modules PY, PA, PT, OM, FI-TV; processing 2nd-level support tickets.
• Analyzing problems and developing optimal solutions in the SAP HCM environment.
• Collaboration with departments to ensure comprehensive service.

Qualification

• Practical experience in customizing, error analysis, and process maintenance of SAP HCM.
• Fundamental knowledge in one or more HCM sub-modules.
• High service orientation, communication strength, and team ability.
• Self-responsible, solution-oriented, and goal-oriented working style, resilient and engaged.
• Basic willingness to travel.
• Very good German language skills; good English language skills are an advantage.
