We are looking for an SAP HCM expert with a focus on occupational pension provision (bAV) for a project in the banking sector. The role includes conceptual and technical design as well as independent implementation of requirements within the SAP HCM bAV module.

Your tasks

• Consulting the IT and department regarding the implementation of occupational pension provision

• Independent takeover of technical design and implementation of requirements in the SAP HCM bAV module

• Customizing the bAV module taking into account the effects on VO85, VO2000, and VO2019

• Adjustment of the ESS application for salary conversion

• Conducting customizations of the remuneration accounting in the context of bAV

• Adjustments and additions to SAP standards in the area of the SAP bAV module

• Independent creation and adaptation of project documentation before go-live

• Participation in regular project Jour-Fixes for exchanging current information

• Conducting extensive customizing in SPRO in the area of personnel management / occupational pension provision

• Processing and maintenance of infotypes such as IT0699, IT0323, IT0202, and IT0203

• Adjustment and implementation of absprungs in customer-specific building blocks

Must-Requirements

• Expert knowledge in the SAP standard modules PA, PY, and bAV as well as in the corresponding authorizations and customizing

• Funded knowledge in ABAP programming and the SAP development framework

• Project experience in optimizing customer solutions in the area of SAP HCM bAV and connected SAP systems

• Excellent ability to grasp complex processes, analyze, evaluate, and clearly document them

• Experience in the banking sector

• Excellent communication skills
