Ideal Candidate
Solid knowledge of business processes related to SAP modules used (representing an advantage for knowledge related to processes in the transportation & logistics domain).
Experience in configuring SAP (SPRO), testing, and delivering solutions in complex environments.
Good analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills with non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in documenting processes and training users.
Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
It is an important advantage:
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA
- SAP functional certifications
Job Description
We are looking for a SAP Functional Specialist to play a key role in aligning business processes with the capabilities of the SAP S/4Hana system. You will work together with business departments to identify operational requirements and configure functional SAP solutions that support the company's efficient activity.
Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP specifications.
Configure and optimize one or more SAP modules based on your area of expertise.
Participate in SAP projects: implementations, roll-outs, upgrades.
Collaborate with key users and internal departments to identify needs and test proposed solutions.
Prepare and maintain functional documentation (blueprint, specifications, SOP/manuals for end-users).
Train end-users and provide support in the post-implementation phase.
Ensure operational support (incident management, change requests). Collaborate with technical teams for ABAP developments or integration with external systems.
