SAP Functional Director / Manager for Aerospace and Defense (all genders)

Aufgaben

Bring your expertise into one of these key areas

• Defense Manufacturing & MRO - Focus on production, maintenance, and quality assurance
• Programs & Engineering - Management of programs and digital product development
• Secure Supply Chain & Export Control - Building secure and compliant supply chains
• Defense Contracting & Lead-to-Cash - Automated contract processes and compliance management
• Finance, Product/Program Costing & Audit Compliance - Transparency and control in financial processes
• Cybersecurity, Identity Access Management & Sovereign Cloud - Protecting sensitive data and secure cloud solutions

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in the successful implementation of complex SAP programs, ideally in the aerospace & defense sector (e.g. engineering, MRO, security-critical processes)
• Demonstrated leadership skills in leading SAP transformations, projects, and teams, in steering stakeholders and being responsible for end-to-end delivery
• Sovereign work in regulated and security-relevant environments - from export control to compliance
• Readiness to adapt to new defense technologies, sovereign cloud environments, and modern SAP architectures
• Travel readiness within Germany for customer meetings, workshops, and steering boards
• Degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering or a comparable field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
