Ihre Aufgaben

• IT analysis of technical and regulatory requirements, as well as the creation and preparation of solution options

• Representation and analysis of credits and securities in SAP FRDP

• Identification of the effects of regulatory changes on operational and dispositional IT systems

• Conducting current state analyses and creating should-concept designs for existing business processes using BPMN 2.0

• Identifying optimization potential through automation, as well as evaluating software solutions in terms of their suitability

• Comprehensive requirements management using Design Thinking, Epics, and User Stories

• Structuring, prioritizing, and specifying raised requirements as a decision-making basis for the client

• Validating requirements regarding consistency, completeness, and feasibility, as well as creating feasibility analyses

• Creating concept documents, requirement specifications, mapping documents, and test sketches

• Translating technical requirements into IT-based concepts, including analysis of SAP HANA views

• Conducting ABAP-tool-supported regression tests for quality assurance

• Customizing the SAP modules CML, CMS, and FRDP according to technical requirements

• Preparing, conducting, and documenting technical acceptance tests, including creating test strategies and test stages concepts

• Error analysis in the SAP FRDP environment, as well as coordination and testing of interfaces in the context of migration projects

• Conducting defect management using JIRA and SpiraPlan

• Consulting on the rollout of IT systems, maintaining backlogs, and supporting change management for introducing new processes

• Creating application documentation using PowerDesigner and conducting user training

Muss-Anforderungen

• Approximately 3-7 years of relevant work experience in the banking sector

• In-depth knowledge of requirements analysis, as well as identifying, structuring, and preparing requirements

• Practical experience in representing and analyzing credits and securities in SAP FRDP

• Expertise in methodologically supported business process analysis, ideally using BPMN

• Knowledge of data modeling according to best-practice standards

• Experience in creating structured documentation like requirement specifications and concept documents

• Competence in designing management information systems

• Very good technical knowledge in several SAP components, such as S/4HANA (FI, CO, MM, BP), BW, BO/BI (WebI, AFO), AFI/FPSL, FRDP, FSDP/FSDM, CML/CMS, DigitalAccess, PowerDesigner, or Fiori

• Advanced knowledge and practical experience in working with SPIRA and JIRA

• In-depth experience in SAP customizing, as well as working with HANA authorizations (privileges and roles)

• Very good banking sector knowledge in at least one area like accounting, reporting, data management, or credit business

• Basic knowledge of project leadership for smaller and medium-sized IT projects

• Deep technical and functional knowledge in SAP FRDP, sAFI, and SAP HANA
