We are looking for an experienced freelance trainer to deliver high-quality training in SAP FICO with S/4HANA. The trainer will work with learners ranging from freshers to working professionals, helping them understand functional and integration aspects of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling on the S/4HANA platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions on SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO modules) with hands-on demos in S/4HANA.
• Develop training materials, assignments, case studies, and real-time project scenarios.
• Provide guidance and clarification on SAP best practices, configurations, and business processes.
• Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and assessments to evaluate learning progress.
• Offer career guidance and mentorship to learners.
• Stay updated on new features in SAP S/4HANA releases.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 2 years on S/4HANA
• Strong knowledge of FICO integration with MM, SD, and other modules.
• Prior training or mentoring experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle online training tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
