Implementation & Support Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP Financials Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects Act as a liaison between business functions and technical teams Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements Configuration & Customization Design, customize, configure, and test FI/CO modules Execute FICO configuration, functional documentation, and testing plans Document functional designs, test cases, and implementation results Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and company standards Provide training and support to end-users Develop and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Analyze and troubleshoot system performance issues Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Document lessons learned and best practices from projects Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members
