SAP FICO Solution Architect

About the Team The Enterprise Transformation (EX) team is the current SAP Partner of the Year for Singapore and also SAP’s Regional Strategic Partner. The EX team is continuously growing and looking for passionate and driven individuals to join the team and assist our clients in their digital transformation journey. About the Role As an SAP FICO Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment. Responsibilities: * Lead the design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions. * Understand client business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions. * Develop and maintain functional specifications, design documents, and other project documentation. * Configure SAP FICO modules. * Provide expert advice on SAP FICO best practices and industry trends. * Collaborate with other SAP modules and teams. * Participate in project planning, risk management, and issue resolution. * Mentor and guide junior consultants. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a related field. * Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and consulting. * Strong understanding of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling, and Asset Accounting. * Experience with S/4HANA is a must. * Experience with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate). * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proven ability to lead and manage projects. * SAP certification in FICO is preferred.
