SAP FICO Operations Engineer

Join our dynamic team as an SAP FICO Operations Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in optimizing and supporting our SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules. Your expertise will ensure seamless financial processing and integration with other SAP modules, providing invaluable support to our global stakeholders.

• Deliver daily operational support and maintenance for SAP FICO, including system configuration and troubleshooting.
• Monitor and enhance the performance of SAP financial systems for efficient processing of financial functions.
• Manage SAP system upgrades, data migrations, and integrations with related modules such as SD, MM, PP, and HR.
• Provide technical and functional consulting services to improve financial processes and resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with international teams, offering technical support across various time zones.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to boost system stability and user experience.

We are looking for candidates with:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation, support, or operations.
• Experience in international projects with a strong grasp of global finance operations.
• Proficiency across the full SAP FICO lifecycle, including system configuration and post-implementation support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in SAP system optimization.
• Understanding of SAP FICO integration with other SAP modules.
• Working knowledge of ABAP for report development.

Additional qualifications include familiarity with international accounting standards, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and SAP FICO-related certifications. Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are a plus.
