You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. You will also be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. Responsibilities * Lead and manage a team of SAP FI consultants. * Oversee the implementation and support of SAP FI solutions. * Provide expert guidance on SAP FI processes. * Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements. * Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions. * Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. * Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations. * Provide training and mentoring to team members. * Stay up-to-date with SAP FI best practices and new technologies. * Participate in pre-sales activities, such as proposals and presentations. Required Technical and Professional Expertise * Proven experience as a SAP FI Team Leader or similar role. * Strong understanding of SAP FI processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting. * Experience with SAP FI implementation and support. * Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise * SAP certification in FI. * Experience with S/4HANA Finance. * Experience with SAP FI/CO integration. * Experience with data migration and system integration. * Experience with Agile methodologies.
