The company is currently undergoing a transformation: The SAP department is being reorganized. Structures are being thought anew and processes are being modernized. Your focus lies on building standardized, scalable workflows that actively support the company's growth. You act as an interface between IT and departments, think beyond modules, and have the claim to question existing structures and shape them in a future-proof way.

Aufgaben

What you can expect:

• Analyse, evaluate, and optimize SAP processes in financial areas
• Independent project work with focus on standardization & harmonization
• Collaboration with key users, departments, and external partners
• Identification and implementation of process improvements – also beyond SAP
• Mitigation during international rollouts (e.g. USA, UK)
• Evaluation and (if necessary) reduction of Z-Programs & self-developments
• Active participation in SAP project management

Qualifikation

What you should bring:

• A completed vocational training or degree
• Multiple years of experience as an SAP Inhouse Consultant or SAP Key-User with customizing expertise
• Fundamental knowledge in one or more SAP modules (FI/CO)
• Experience with business processes
• Project experience and enthusiasm for changing things
• Process thinking instead of module silos: You want to understand, not just operate
• Safe handling of interfaces
• BPMN knowledge would be a plus
• Fluent German, solid English
