Your New Company
For a leading Italian industrial entity in the electrotechnical sector and energy solutions, engaged in an ambitious digital transformation journey, we are looking for a SAP FI - CO Expert.
Your New Role
You will be involved in the end-to-end management of complex projects in SAP FI-CO, with a focus on optimizing administrative, accounting, and financial processes.
The role involves analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and advanced customizing in FI and CO modules, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality.
You will work on strategic initiatives for the evolution of Finance & Controlling processes, contributing to the roadmap towards SAP S/4HANA and the definition of scalable, digital, and efficiency-oriented solutions.
Among the main Responsibilities:
- Functional and process analysis in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset Accounting (AA), Treasury, and financial flows;
- Gathering business needs and requirements in the AFC area and identifying the most suitable application solutions;
- Drafting functional specifications and supporting implementation phases;
- Participation in development, reorganization, and harmonization projects with international impact;
- Proposals for innovation, simplification, and digitalization of Finance processes through the evolution of application solutions;
- Continuous support to Finance users, ensuring autonomy, effectiveness, and maximum usability of the released SAP applications.
What You Need to Succeed
- 3-5 years of experience in the role of SAP analyst/consultant, with a preferred focus on CO;
- Solid knowledge of administrative, accounting, and financial processes;
- Preferable experience with ERP complementary solutions: treasury, reporting, consolidation, digitalization of the payables/receivables cycle;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to listen to the business, problem-solving, and innovation orientation.
