Main Functions: Analysis and Diagnostic of Problems: Identify and diagnose problems in the SAP system. Perform root cause analysis to correct faults and prevent recurrences. Corrective Maintenance/Governance of Incidents: Manage incidents and perform corrective maintenance to ensure system stability. Development of Solutions: Develop solutions to resolve identified problems, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices. Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and expertise with the team to improve processes and procedures. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to improve our services. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines is crucial in this role. Teamwork: Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in SAP FI/CO implementation, configuration, and support. Certifications: SAP Certified Associate - Financial Accounting (FI) and/or SAP Certified Associate - Controlling (CO). Tools: Proficiency in using SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, and other SAP tools.
