SAP EWM Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) in Minden (Hybrid)

You want to keep SAP running, but also shape logistical processes – where customization and process design really have an impact, rather than just tinkering with tickets?

I am looking for a direct & exclusive collaboration with a strong SAP Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) for the Logistics / Supply Chain department of an international company from the specialty chemicals industry.

Aufgaben

• Process Responsibility — You will oversee and develop the logistical SAP processes along the supply chain further – conceptually and operationally, not just as a mere interface role.
• Customizing & Design — You will analyze, design, and optimize business processes and take over modular customization, including support and testing – with a focus on SAP EWM.
• Projects — You will actively work in SAP- and IT-projects and take over part-project leadership – from rollouts to optimization initiatives.
• Enablement — You will work closely with key users and departments together, translating requirements and bringing the users further professionally.
• Bridge IT ↔ Business — You are the connection between IT and Logistics/Supply Chain and ensure that both sides speak the same language.

Qualification

Educational Background — A completed education or study in the IT field plus several years of professional experience.

SAP Experience — Fundamentally experienced in SAP module management, ideally with project experience in SAP EWM (MM is an advantage).

Work Style — Structured, solution-oriented, and with the claim to think through processes rather than just working them out.

Communication — You coordinate securely between IT and departments and communicate clearly in all directions.

Languages — Very good German and good English skills
