With a strong focus on solutions in the SAP environment, it supports companies and public institutions in the transformation of their human resources management systems.

To strengthen the team at the Vienna location, we are looking for an experienced SAP ERP HCM Application Support Specialist (m/f) with immediate effect.

• Ongoing support and maintenance of the SAP ERP HCM components used by customers

• Processing of tickets and customer support

• Troubleshooting and maintenance activities

• Telephone-based customer support

• Completed technical education (HTL, FH, Uni)

• Relevant professional experience in a comparable role

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Basic knowledge of IT processes and IT architectures

• SAP ERP HCM customizing and/or programming skills are an advantage

• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken

• Strong analytical skills and solution orientation

• High customer orientation and teamwork skills

• Independent, structured and accurate working style

For this position, a gross monthly salary of up to € 5,700.00 is planned, depending on relevant professional experience and qualifications.
