We are partnered with a leading global retail organisation who are embarking on a large-scale SAP transformation program. As part of this journey, they are looking for an experienced SAP Deployment Manager to join their team on an initial 12-month contract, with strong potential for extension.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-visibility position within a multi-year program, supporting deployments across multiple regions and business units.

• Position: SAP Deployment Manager

• Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands (hybrid - onsite 2 days per week ideally)

• Contract: 12 months initial (multi-year program)

• Industry: Retail

• Lead and oversee SAP deployment activities across business units and regions

• Drive deployment readiness, including cutover planning, risk management, and issue resolution

• Act as the key link between program leadership, IT teams, and business stakeholders

• Coordinate with global and local teams to ensure smooth rollouts and adoption

• Support program governance, ensuring deployments align with program timelines and standards

• Proven experience as a Deployment Manager or similar leadership role in large-scale SAP transformation programs

• Strong track record managing global rollouts and complex cutovers

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across multicultural environments

• Ability to drive structure, governance, and delivery in a fast-paced program environment

• Retail or consumer goods industry experience is a strong plus

• Work on a multi-year global SAP transformation with a market-leading retail organisation

• Long-term freelance engagement with high visibility to program leadership

• Hybrid working model with flexibility (onsite in Eindhoven 2 days per week)
