SAP Data Migration Lead

We are looking for 10 years of experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration activities for SAP S/4HANA implementation programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for migration strategy, data mapping, ETL execution, data validation, mock conversions, and production cutover activities while ensuring high data quality and business readiness. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP data migration activities from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA. Define migration strategy, data mapping, and ETL execution plans for SAP S/4HANA implementation programs. Develop and maintain data validation rules and mock conversion scenarios to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful production cutover activities. Ensure high data quality and business readiness throughout the entire data migration process. Provide guidance and support to project team members on data migration best practices, tools, and methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data migration requirements. Develop and maintain comprehensive data migration plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor and report on data migration progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues. Ensure compliance with SAP S/4HANA implementation program standards, policies, and procedures. Provide training and support to end-users on new business processes and system functionality. Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA with other systems and applications. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, business leaders, and IT teams. Ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the entire data migration process.
