SAP – Cutover Lead_Full-Time_Hyderabad Job Title: SAP – Cutover Lead Location: HYD/ Noida Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 6-10 Years Key Responsibilities: Planning and Coordination: Developing detailed cutover plans, timelines, and schedules, including tasks related to data migration, system integration, and user acceptance testing. Stakeholder Management: Engaging with business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure everyone is prepared for the cutover and that communication lines are clear. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition. Project Management: Managing the cutover project, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and identifying and mitigating risks. Communication: Developing and delivering communication plans to stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors. Change Management: Developing and implementing change management plans to minimize disruption and ensure a smooth transition. Vendor Management: Managing vendors and third-party providers to ensure they are prepared for the cutover and that their services are integrated into the new system. Testing and Quality Assurance: Developing and executing testing plans to ensure the new system meets business requirements and user acceptance testing. Training and Support: Providing training and support to end-users to ensure they are comfortable using the new system.
