The role involves deep functional expertise in Variant Configuration (VC), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Installed Base (IBase) with strong business process understanding. Key responsibilities include: • Analyze and understand customer requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities • Develop and maintain SAP ECC configurations for Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Service functions • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP ECC functionality • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP ECC releases and best practices. Requirements: • 5 years of experience in SAP CRM Functional Analyst role • Strong understanding of SAP ECC modules such as VC, OTC, and IBase • Experience working with SAP ECC configurations for Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Service functions • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
