For an established IT and management consulting firm with around 3,000 employees and a high-caliber international customer base, we are currently looking for an experienced SAP CS/Service Management Consultant (m/w/d) – remote within Germany with occasional travel readiness.

As an SAP CS Consultant, you have the chance to accompany customers along their digital service processes and actively contribute to transformation.

Tasks

Your tasks:

• Counseling and implementation of solutions in the SAP Customer Service (CS) or Service Management (SM) environment – ideally with a focus on S/4HANA Service
• Taking up and analyzing customer requirements in the area of service processes
• (Part-)Project leadership in national and international projects
• Integration of CS with adjacent modules like SD, MM, or PM
• Supporting presales activities and estimates
• Shaping and optimizing internal methods and project approaches

Qualification

You bring:

• Multiple years of experience in SAP CS or SAP Service Management
• Interest in innovative service processes and S/4HANA architectures
• Analytical thinking, team spirit, and self-initiative
• Communication skills in German and English
• Residence in Germany
