The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise and strong problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality customer service processes. Key responsibilities include: • Designing, implementing, and supporting SAP CS solutions across multiple industries and geographies • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions • Providing expert-level guidance on SAP CS best practices and process improvements • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders • Staying up-to-date with the latest SAP CS releases and industry trends. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP CS implementation and support • Strong understanding of SAP CS modules, including Service Management, Field Service, and Customer Self-Service • Experience working with large-scale implementations and complex customer service processes • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
