Seeking a proficient SAP CRM professional with strong expertise in ABAP/OO-ABAP and hands-on experience across CRM development, UI frameworks, middleware, and integration landscapes. The role involves designing, enhancing, and supporting CRM solutions, ensuring seamless data exchange, optimized performance, and robust integration with surrounding systems.

Requirements

• Develop and enhance SAP CRM applications using ABAP/OO-ABAP within the CRM environment.
• Build and customize CRM user interfaces leveraging Web UI framework (BSP WD, UI components, controllers, views).
• Work extensively with the BOL/GENIL framework to implement CRM object models and business logic.
• Execute CRM customization and configuration aligned with system requirements and business processes.
• Utilize enhancement techniques including BADIs, enhancement spots, and implicit/explicit enhancements.
• Support CRM master data activities, including data migration, replication, and integration.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CRM middleware processes, including BDoc models, queues, and adapters.
• Perform performance analysis and deliver improvements to ensure platform stability and efficiency.
• Manage replication of master and transactional data (e.g., Business Partner, Product, Sales & Service transactions).
• Work with various integration patterns including IDocs, ALE, RFC/BAPI, qRFC, tRFC, SOAP/REST/OData services.
• Handle middleware integration for CRM ↔ ECC/Digital Core/SMC/CDC/CAS.
• Support SAP PI/PO or CPI integration scenarios and API-based integrations.

• Strong proficiency in ABAP/OO-ABAP in a CRM environment.
• Expertise in CRM Web UI framework and BOL/GENIL.
• Deep knowledge of CRM middleware, data replication, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SAP CRM Master Data, transactional data processing, and data migration techniques.
• Understanding of SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO, and API-based integration.
• Hands-on experience with data exchange technologies including IDocs, ALE, RFC/BAPI, SOAP, REST/OData.
• Knowledge of CDC, SAP CRM, and associated components.
