Job Title: SAP CRM Functional (CRM Services) Notice Period: Immediate only . Experience: 8 - 12 Yrs - Relevant Experience in SAP Job Description as follows: 8 Yrs of experience SAP CRM functional areas preferably in Services module implementations, enhancements and support. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: * Implementing and configuring SAP CRM modules for various business processes. * Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards and other analytics tools using SAP CRM reporting tools. * Providing technical guidance and support to end-users on SAP CRM system functionality and best practices. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs. * Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to SAP CRM system configuration, data integration and reporting. * Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP CRM technology and applying this knowledge to improve processes and systems. Requirements: * 8 - 12 Yrs of experience in SAP CRM functional areas preferably in Services module implementations, enhancements and support. * Strong understanding of SAP CRM modules, including Sales, Marketing, Service, and Customer Service. * Experience with SAP CRM reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Web Intelligence, or other similar tools. * Knowledge of data integration technologies such as IDOC, RFC, or other similar technologies. * Familiarity with database management systems such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, or other similar systems. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
