Job Description SAP Counselor Experienced Only Job Title: SAP Counselor Experienced Only Location: MG Road Camp, Pune, Maharashtra 41100 Job Type: Full-Time Department: Admissions Note: Only candidates with proven experience in SAP counseling will be shortlisted. Candidates without relevant SAP counseling experience are requested not to apply. About the Role: We are looking for an experienced SAP Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in SAP course counseling, student admissions, lead conversion, and guiding candidates regarding SAP training and career opportunities. Candidates without relevant SAP counseling experience will not be considered. Key Responsibilities: * Counsel prospective students regarding the SAP training program. * Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins. * Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable SAP courses. * Explain course curriculum, certification, career opportunities, fee structure, and training process. * Convert inquiries into admissions while achieving monthly admission targets. * Maintain accurate lead and student records in the CRM system. * Conduct follow-ups with prospective students until admission closure. * Coordinate with trainers and the operations team for batch scheduling and onboarding. * Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with students. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly counseling and admission reports. Required Skills: * Excellent communication and presentation skills. * Strong counseling and sales aptitude. * Good negotiation and convincing skills. * Ability to achieve admission and revenue targets. * Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office. * Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills. Eligibility: * Bachelors degree in any discipline. * Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as an SAP Counselor is mandatory. * Prior experience in counseling for SAP or other SAP modules will be preferred. * Freshers and candidates without SAP counseling experience are not eligible.
