Tasks

• Consultation of customers on defining and implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and strategies, using Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM
• Analysis of existing ALM landscapes and identification of optimization potential, both in the Jira-, SAP Solution Manager- and Cloud ALM-environments
• Support in selecting and introducing suitable ALM tools and technologies, particularly Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM
• Conducting training sessions and workshops to convey ALM knowledge to customers and team members, taking into account the Jira-, SAP Solution Manager- and Cloud ALM-functionalities
• Closely working with customers to understand their individual requirements and offering tailored solutions based on Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM
• Ongoing development of one's own expertise in the field of ALM, particularly regarding Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM

Qualification

• Floated German and English skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent education
• Multiple years of experience as a SAP Solution Manager consultant or in related fields of Application Lifecycle Management
• In-depth knowledge of ALM methods, processes, and tools, particularly Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM
• Experience in implementing and configuring the SAP Solution Managers, as well as Jira and Cloud ALM
• High customer orientation and consulting competence
