Aufgaben

• Beratung und Analyse: Conducting analyses of existing business processes and identifying optimization potential in the logistics area.
• Konzeption und Implementierung: Developing tailored SAP solutions for logistics, procurement, and sales processes, including the implementation of new systems and processes.
• Projektmanagement: Responsibility for planning, conducting, and monitoring SAP projects in the logistics area, including coordinating resources and timelines.
• Optimierung von Prozessen: Identifying and implementing best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics processes within SAP systems.
• Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern: Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Dokumentation: Creating and maintaining technical and functional documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and traceability.
• Technologische Trends: Observing the latest developments and trends in the SAP environment to drive innovation and improvements.

Qualifikation

• Fachkenntnisse in SAP-Modulen: Comprehensive experience (5+ years) in at least one of the following SAP modules: TM and/or EWM
• Projekterfahrung: Several completed implementation and optimization projects in the logistics and supply chain management area, ideally in different industries.
• Prozesskenntnis: In-depth understanding of logistical processes, including inbound, storage, commissioning, shipment, and transport.
• Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit: Experience in cooperation with various departments such as procurement, sales, and production to ensure an integrated view of business processes.
• Change Management: Knowledge in change management and supporting organizations in adapting to new processes and technologies.
• Analytische Fähigkeiten: Strong analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Technologische Kenntnisse: Familiarity with current trends in technology, including S/4HANA, cloud solutions, and automation in the logistics area.
• Kundenorientierung: Experience in cooperation with customers to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions.
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts and interact with various stakeholders.
