The SAP Security department deals with the elimination and reduction of business risks that arise from the storage of sensitive data or the conduct of business-critical processes of our customers in the SAP system.

Together with our customers, we develop SAP authorization concepts, in which relevant legal norms and internal company regulations are mapped. The goal of the authorization concepts is to equip each user with the necessary authorizations in the SAP system in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.

To this end, our consultants analyze the processes of our customers and develop suitable concepts in close cooperation. From Fulda, we steer large-scale projects nationwide in both the public and private sectors.

These are things you do with us:

• Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Konzeption, Umsetzung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung komplexer Informationssysteme im SAP HCM-Umfeld – von der Analyse bis zur produktiven Nutzung.
• Entwicklung und Customizing in SAP HCM with a focus on the modules PA, PT, OM.
• Konzeption, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Organisationsstrukturen (OM) as a professional basis for processes, evaluations and – if relevant – structural HR accesses.
• Anforderungsmanagement end-to-end: Beratung, Aufnahme und Strukturierung neuer Projekt- und Kundenanforderungen, Ableitung von Lösungskonzepten sowie Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung (inkl. Dokumentation).
• Fachliche Weiterentwicklung kundeneigener HCM-Tools und Erweiterungen – inkl. Qualitäts-sicherung, Rollout-Unterstützung und Wissenstransfer.
• Berechtigungen im HR-Kontext withdenken: In Abstimmung mit Security/Key-Usern sicherstellen, dass Rollen- und HR-Zugriffskonzepte (z. B. PFCG/HR-spezifische Prüfungen, ggf. strukturelle Berechtigungen) zur Prozess- und OM-Struktur passen.

These are things you bring with you:

• Completed education or completed studies (e.g. Computer Science, Business Informatics, etc.) and relevant work experience in the IT or SAP environment

• Very good understanding of HR processes and IT-supported HR solutions, especially SAP HCM

• Fundamental knowledge in SAP HCM, ideally with a focus on OM and project experience in PA/PT

• Technical know-how for implementing, developing and rolling out SAP HCM projects (including tests, cutover/go-live, stabilization)

• Plus point: Experience with HR authorizations / user and authorization administration – and understanding of the interplay between OM structures, HR processes and access concepts (e.g. role-based access, HR-specific authorization logic/structural authorizations)

• Pasión for digitalization topics in the context of SAP HR strategies and processes

• Excellent consulting skills, flexibility and communication strength – you can take on requirements, structure and convey them (written and orally)

• Very good German language skills

• Readiness to travel nationwide
