Job description

  • 8+ years of SAP FICO implementation experience, with at least 2 full life-cycle implementations proven track record in FI and CO/SD/MMI integration
  • SAP FICO knowledge with focus in Tax, Statutory in Germany and EU countries
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Fluency in English (written & verbal)
Nice to have:
  • Good command of German
  • Expert knowledge of SAP Indirect Tax (VAT/GST) and SAP DRC
  • ABAP debugging skills to troubleshoot complex tax calculation and interface issue (preferred)
We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant (SAP SD, MM And FI) to analyze business requirements to design and deliver automated tax determination logic within SAP S/4HANA ,[Advanced Tax Determination: analyze business requirements to design and deliver automated tax determination logic within SAP S/4HANA, Cross-Module Integration: Seamlessly integrate tax requirements across SD, MM and FI to ensure consistent tax treatment throughout the supply chain., Tax Engine Management: Configure and maintain the interface between SAP and external tax engines (e.g., ONESOURCE, or Sovos) for real-time rate calculations., Digital Reporting: Support the technical setup for local statutory requirements, such as real-time reporting and SAFT, Requirements Translation: Act as the primary liaison between the business and IT to translate complex tax laws into clear functional specifications., End-to-End Testing: Leading Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all tax-related changes., Risk Mitigation: Resolving complex issues e.g. tax calculations fail or produce incorrect results in high-volume transaction environment, failing of e-invoice submission to government] Requirements: SAP SD/MM, SAP FI, VAT/GST, ABAP, SAP rollouts, SAP S/4HANA transformation, Electronic invoicing processes Additionally: Sport subscription, Private healthcare.
