SAP Commerce Solution Architect

We are looking for a SAP Commerce Solution Architect with solid experience in designing and implementing complex solutions on the area of Payments, Promotions, and Loyalty. The role requires both technical expertise and coordination and consulting skills to define, design, and deliver scalable and robust solutions that support business objectives omnichannel.

Main responsibilities:

• Defining and designing SAP Commerce (Hybris) solution architecture with focus on modules and integrations for online/offline payments, promotional campaigns, and loyalty programs.
• Collaborating with business teams, product owners, and stakeholders to translate functional requirements into viable technical designs.
• Ensuring compliance with security and conformity standards.
• Optimizing and scaling mechanisms for promotions, discounts, and vouchers, ensuring performance and flexibility.
• Designing architecture for loyalty engines and integration flows with other systems (ERP, marketing automation, customer data platforms).
• Ensuring best practices in developing and configuring SAP Commerce.
• Mentorship and support for development teams, including code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

• Experience in SAP Commerce/Hybris with focus on enterprise solution architecture.
• Demonstrated expertise in Payments (integrations with Adyen, Payten, etc.), Promotions, and Loyalty modules.
• In-depth understanding of data models and extensions for SAP Commerce.
• Experience defining strategies for personalization, rule engine, and promotional engine.
• Experience with microservices, API-first architecture, cloud deployments (SAP Commerce Cloud, Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of security and conformity standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to stakeholders non-technical.
• Advanced English writing and speaking.
