SAP Change Management Lead

Change Management Lead we are looking for an experienced SAP Change Management Lead to support a large-scale SAP transformation program in Thailand. The role is critical to ensuring successful change adoption across the organization and driving business readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle. Main Responsibilities Lead and drive the change management workstream for an end-to-end SAP implementation. Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and activities to support business processes and ensure minimal disruption to operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize changes, develop communication plans, and execute training programs to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems. Ensure that all changes are properly documented, tracked, and reported. Provide guidance and support to project teams on change management best practices and tools. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of change management initiatives and provide recommendations for future improvements.
