SAP Business Consultant – Supply Chain

The Digital SC team drives the digitalization of Balluff’s global supply chain. In our agile setup, we work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver innovative and stable solutions that support our end-to-end processes. As an SAP Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in stabilizing our business applications, enabling global end users, and continuously optimizing supply chain processes. Responsibilities: Fluent English (Mandatory) 1. Application Support & Incident Management: You will be responsible for providing first-level support to our global end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents related to SAP systems. This includes monitoring system performance, identifying potential issues, and implementing corrective actions. 2. Process Optimization: As an SAP Business Consultant, you will analyze and optimize business processes, identify areas of improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. This may involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting process mapping exercises, and developing new workflows. 3. System Integration: You will work closely with our IT team to integrate SAP systems with other applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and minimizing errors. This includes configuring interfaces, testing integrations, and resolving any issues that arise. 4. Reporting & Analytics: As an SAP Business Consultant, you will create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to provide insights into supply chain performance. This may involve designing and developing custom reports, creating data visualizations, and analyzing trends. 5. Change Management: You will be responsible for managing changes to our business applications, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned with the changes. This includes developing change management plans, communicating changes to end-users, and monitoring the impact of changes on our processes.
