What You'll Do As a Business Analyst in our Order-to-Cash team, your main focus will be on process improvement, change management, and stakeholder engagement. Your responsibilities will include: • Analyse and improve processes within the Order-to-Cash domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise areas for improvement, developing a clear understanding of their needs and expectations. • Design and implement process improvements, leveraging your knowledge of SAP and its capabilities. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and end-users. • Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems. What You'll Need To Succeed As a Business Analyst in our Order-to-Cash team, you should have: • A strong foundation in SAP, preferably with experience in configuring, supporting, or implementing SAP solutions. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines. • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
