Your Tasks

• Independent conduct of IT analysis for the necessary professional and regulatory requirements in the project

• Identification of the effects of professional requirements and regulatory changes on operational and dispositive IT systems

• Conduct of business analysis in relation to the design target in the SAP HANA and FRDP/BW systems

• Presentation of design changes in bank-wide committees

• Independent and comprehensible documentation of identified professional requirements through the creation of concept papers

• Creation of mappings between SAP CML/CMS/FÖRWeb and SAP FRDP, taking into account professional guidelines

• Transfer of identified professional requirements into IT-oriented concepts

• Customizing of SAP modules for financial transactions and instruments in SAP FRDP

• Consulting on the IT implementation of professionally defined requirements

• Professional quality assurance and accompanying consulting

• Independent preparation, conduct, and documentation of professional acceptance tests, including test instructions for the departments and error analysis

• Independent preparation and accompaniment of the rollouts of the corresponding IT systems

Must-Requirements

• Approximately 7-10 years of relevant experience in banks

• In-depth knowledge and comprehensive practical experience in requirements analysis (identification, structuring, and preparation)

• Experience in methodically supported business process analysis (e.g. according to BPMN)

• Professional data modeling according to best practice

• Competence in structured documentation (e.g. specification/functional requirement)

• Experience in professionally designing management information systems

• Very good professional skills in SAP components such as S4/HANA, BW, AFI/FPSL, FRDP, FSDP/FSDM, Digital Access, and PowerDesigner

• In-depth experience in customizing and handling HANA authorizations (privileges and roles)

• Very good banking knowledge in at least one of the following areas: accounting, reporting, business partners, data warehouse, or credit business

• Basic knowledge of (part-time) project management for smaller and medium-sized projects
