SAP Authorization and Role Expert HCM / SuccessFactors (m/w/d)

We are looking for an experienced SAP Authorization and Role Expert with a focus on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors. You will be part of an interdisciplinary project team and take on a central role in analyzing, designing, further developing, and ensuring the quality of role and authorization concepts in a complex system landscape.

Tasks

• Analyze, design, and further develop SAP role and authorization concepts
• Focus on SAP HCM, as well as adjacent topics in the SuccessFactors environment
• Implementation and optimization of authorizations in SAP HCM modules, particularly PY, PA, OM, PE, LSO, and PT
• Collaborate on the conception and further development of security processes and user management
• Creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of roles and authorizations in the backend and Fiori environments
• Safe handling of PFCG, SUIM, SU01, and analysis on a table level in the SAP authorization environment
• Conduct tests, evaluations, and support in error analysis and error correction
• Creation of concept documents, solution documentation, and feasibility analyses
• Support in project business and close cooperation with internal teams and external partners
• Participation in an agile team

Qualification

• Several years of experience in the SAP role and authorization environment

• Very good knowledge of the SAP HCM environment, particularly in the modules PY, PA, OM, PE, LSO, and PT

• Fundamental experience with classical and structural authorizations in the HCM environment

• Very good handling of PFCG, SUIM, SU01, and common SAP tables for analysis

• Experience in designing and implementing role and authorization concepts

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, Fiori Launchpad, and the Fiori Library

• Experience with audits, critical authorizations, and compliance requirements

• Experience in quality assurance of roles and authorizations regarding different employee types and functions

• Experience in First-, Second-, and Third-Level Support in the SAP authorization environment

• Experience in the SuccessFactors environment is an advantage

• Solution-oriented and structured working style

• Communication and team skills in a challenging project environment

• Confluence / Jira

• Fluent German language skills are a must

• Unblemished police clearance certificate
