Sap Basis Security Consultant

SAP Basis Security JD: Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage shift operations for a team of 10–15 SAP Basis consultants Deliver SAP Basis support across S/4HANA, Business Suite, EWM , and associated landscapes Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, transport management (ChaRM/CTMS) Handle data growth analysis, security updates, deletion/partitioning, system refreshes, and upgrades Manage SAP HANA , including performance optimization and troubleshooting across ERP, BW, BW4HANA Drive incident resolution and root cause analysis for SAP Basis issues Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with organizational security policies and standards Develop and maintain SOPs for SAP Basis operations Provide training and support to team members on SAP Basis best practices and tools Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to the development of process documentation
