Key Responsibilities: Handle the end customer's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security. Provide expert-level support for all aspects of SAP systems, including database administration, system configuration, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues. Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of SAP technologies, including ABAP, HANA, and other related tools. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in SAP technology and best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Participate in project meetings, provide status updates, and contribute to the development of project plans. Work closely with the customer's IT team to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems into their infrastructure. Provide training and support to end-users on SAP system usage and best practices. Develop and maintain documentation for SAP systems, including configuration guides, troubleshooting procedures, and technical notes. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement new solutions and services.
