SAP Basis Consultant

Responsibility Summary This position is responsible for ensuring the effective operation of the SAP systems environment including the interfacing of database, hardware, and peripherals. The key responsibilities include: SAP system installations and version upgrades, management of the Corrections and Transport Systems (CTS) and Change Management process, support of all aspects of SAP management, support for the Solution Manager Module, SAP performance, and the recommendation of tuning changes to improve system performance. In addition, this role will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting SAP systems, identifying and resolving technical issues, and providing training and guidance to other team members.
