SAP Basis Administrator (m/w/d) / Up to 60% Home Office Share

We are looking for a SAP Basis Administrator (m/w/d) in the Ruhr area, Dortmund.

Tasks

• Maintenance, administration, and operation of the ERP system (currently SAP R/3) and peripheral systems.
• Support for global system harmonization, particularly support for migrating from R/3 ECC6.0 (on HANA) to S/4 HANA.
• Requirements analysis and implementation of new future-proof solutions in close coordination with IT strategy and business process requirements.
• Carrying out system settings using Customizing, analyzing new system-side migration and harmonization potential.
• Accompanying SAP Basis/Infrastructure projects in all decisive phases, taking over responsibility as (part-) project leader and participating in global SAP rollouts.
• Carrying out internal SAP projects and coordinating external partners.
• A competent point of contact for all SAP Basis/Infrastructure-related questions.

Qualification

• Completed vocational training.
• Experience in the IT industry > 3 years.
• Very good SAP R/3 knowledge (at least) in SAP Basis/Infrastructure administration.
• Ideal candidate already has some experience with SAP S/4 HANA and general IT knowledge.
• Experience in archiving and authorization management.
• Analytical thinking, structured work, and organizational skills.
• Safe and independent implementation of IT requirements using Customizing.
• Process-oriented thinking and advisory mentality.
• Self-initiative and engagement.
• Teamwork, reliability, and communication strength.
• Negotiation-safe German and English.
