Role and Responsibilities:Good knowledge on P2P, SLP, Sourcing, Contracts, Guided Buying and Invoicing.
Good experience on the end-to-end procurement cycle in Easy Buy downstream.
Having expertise in the Ariba ECC Integration for various Master Data and Transactional Data.
Functional design of ASAPIO extractors (Ariba Specific–Third Party tool) for Master Data transmission to
Ariba.
Testing end to end Ariba PO’s Invoicing with Ariba network.
Approval process, Catalogs and Real Time Budget Check (RTBC)
Creation of Catalog View, User groups.
Manual upload of catalogs, user’s roles, organizational data and master data.
Working closely with Ariba support to enhance business requirements and apply to client’s management
requirements.
Providing Post Go-Live support for Production related issues.
Contacting Ariba support team for update of Service requests.
Enhancements Testing: Regression testing & pre production testing.
Ticketing Tool: HP Service Manager and ServiceNow
Change Management Process, Charm Process, SOLMAN.
RCA for critical issues identified and ensure it is not repeated.Experience working rollouts and expansion activities
