Job description
Job Title: SAP Ariba Support Executive Experience: 4 to 8 Years Location: Hyderabad(Primary), Kolkata(Secondary) Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 support for Ariba Buying, Invoicing, Sourcing, and Contracts. Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and system enhancements. Troubleshoot SAP Ariba–SAP ERP (ECC/S4) integrations via CI/CIG. Support supplier onboarding and resolve supplier-side issues. Manage catalogs, master data validations, and workflow issues. Perform UAT, regression testing, and ensure seamless integration with other systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Develop and maintain knowledge base articles for common issues and solutions. Stay up-to-date with Ariba product releases and enhancements.
