SAP Application Manager (m/w/d) – Anwendungsberater:in FI, CO, RE-FX, MM, PS, IM

Your Tasks

• Mentorship and consulting of departmental teams in the SAP modules, preferably FI, CO, RE-FX, MM, PS, and IM.
• Conceptualization, analysis, and modeling of processes, components, and systems in close coordination with business process owners from various departments.
• Customizing of responsible modules, control of ABAP developments, as well as 2nd- and 3rd-level support for the departments.
• Counseling and support of key users in their respective departments through qualified 2nd- and 3rd-level support.
• Analysis, processing, and solution of authorization problems in all relevant SAP modules (S/4HANA: MM, PS, IM, FI/CO, and RE-FX).
• Constructive and close cooperation with various departments as well as external IT service providers.

Your Profile

• A completed degree in business informatics (m/w/d), an economics degree with a focus on business informatics or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of designing accounting processes in real estate management, as well as experience in process design, implementation, automation, and digitalization of business processes.
• You have very good SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA knowledge in the functions and ideally in customizing modules FI/CO, RE-FX, MM, and PS; experiences in adjacent modules like IM and ILM are desirable.
• Know-how in project management, ideally using agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with project management platforms such as JIRA and Confluence is advantageous.
• Ideal knowledge of SAP authorization matters.
• Ideal knowledge of at least one of the following technologies: Low-Code, APIs, RPA.
• Ideal experience in distributed systems (e.g. SmartFIX – Input-Management-Software for the accounts payable process).
