SAP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM-) Consultant

Your Tasks

• Consulting customers on defining and implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and strategies, using Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM.
• Analyzing existing ALM landscapes and identifying optimization potential, both in the Jira-, SAP Solution Manager- and Cloud ALM-environments.
• SUPPORTING customers in selecting and introducing suitable ALM tools and technologies, particularly Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM.
• Conducting training sessions and workshops to convey ALM knowledge to customers and team members, taking into account the Jira-, SAP Solution Manager- and Cloud ALM-functionalities.
• Closely collaborating with customers to understand their individual requirements and offering tailored solutions based on Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM.
• Continuously developing your own expertise in the ALM field, particularly regarding Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM.

Your Profile

• Fluent German and English skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or equivalent education.
• Multiple years of professional experience as an SAP Solution Manager Consultant or in related fields of Application Lifecycle Management.
• In-depth knowledge of ALM methods, processes, and tools, particularly Jira, SAP Solution Manager, and Cloud ALM.
• Experience in implementing and configuring the SAP Solution Managers, as well as Jira and Cloud ALM.
• High customer orientation and consulting competence.
