Job description
The OETINGER Aluminium GmbH produces around 220,000 tons of aluminum alloys from recycled materials with its 400 employees at two locations in southern Germany and one location in the Czech Republic. As one of the most significant manufacturers of aluminum cast alloys in Europe, OETINGER is a leading company.
Tasks
- Customizing SAP modules
- Integration of new processes and functions
- Analysis and evaluation of requirements from various departments
- Planning and execution of tests, problem-solving
- Data migration
- Coordination of development tasks
- Customer communication and conception of customer-specific solutions
- Implementation of archiving and deletion objects
- Receiving inquiries, creating tickets, fulfilling service desk requests
- Redirecting problems to higher support levels
- Ensuring a smooth operation
- Solving usage problems
